Rika visits the bank for a $60,000 loan to launch her dream business. Everything is going to plan until the loan officer finds an old unpaid debt in her past and the application stalls. Unable to approve it through official channels, the banker proposes an unconventional way to "build trust": his desk, his rules.

What starts as a routine meeting spirals into a game of power where she, desperate for the money, gives in more and more. He pushes his authority to the limit and she decides how far she'll go to save her future and secure the funding.
