I need that flat! - Marsa Dream

Marsa Dream is looking for a new flat for rent and finds one she likes. She contacts the real estate agent and he gladly gives her a full tour. She falls in love with the kitchen and the bedroom, and tells him she is ready to sign the contract. She is almost about to sign when she realizes the rent price is too high for her.
